Preparing an estimate request

The contact form prepares a message in your browser. It does not send the request or save it on a MEER CO server. You can copy the message or open a draft addressed to Houston@mcobuild.com in your email app, then decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s privacy terms apply when you use that service.

Design planner drafts and submissions

The multi-space design planner saves written answers in this browser’s local storage so you can return to a draft on the same device. Photos remain temporary on the device until submission and are not restored after a refresh. Avoid using a shared device for private project details; you can remove saved drafts through your browser’s site-data settings.

When you choose Submit design discovery, the site sends your name, contact information, property address, project answers, photo files and captions to MEER CO’s hosted intake storage. A successful submission returns a reference after storage succeeds. Saving a draft or seeing a preview does not submit it. Submission does not automatically send an email notification, create a contract, or schedule construction. Contact MEER CO with the reference to discuss the next step.

Share only information needed to discuss your project. Do not upload photos of people, identification, financial documents, or other sensitive personal material. Submitted records are used to review the project and respond to you; they are not a public project gallery.

Direct contact and information requests

If you call or email MEER CO, the company receives the details you choose to share and may use them to respond and discuss potential work. To ask about access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact Houston@mcobuild.com and include your submission reference if available. Do not send additional sensitive documents with a privacy question.

Hosting, maps and analytics

The website uses hosting infrastructure to serve pages and process design-planner submissions. The site has no configured advertising or analytics integration. Hosting providers may process connection and request data to operate their services.

The service-area page displays an OpenStreetMap map automatically. That provider receives the connection information needed to display the map. Opening an external map or email service is subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
